Channels

A Channel chnages the dynamic from a conversation to a broudcast, this can be used by indevuals to keep friends updated, by AI to send reminders or apps to send notifications. A user can join a Channel created by others or ask Colibri (e.g. "create a chnanel that reminds me to stay active, at least wtive a week and preferebaly when its sunny outside")
