Introduction to Libararies

Libraries help us orgenize the technilogies we utilixe within our code, primaraly we will document our own fronend components (aka flutter widget) libarary "Tertle" and our functions libarary "Cat", as well as brief summaries of third party libraryies we use and linkes to external documentation.
