Think of concierge as the ultimate sales person or rather sales assistant, we want to help our users make decisions and buy but the key word is help. Not just recommend but actually know what we are recommending. Even if they don't buy we should be useful.

We should train an AI with a lot of knowledge and also have humans ready to take over, we should also easily link to the help center for technical support, knowledge and features.
