Milestones

This document outlines the planned phases and milestones for the Colibri project.

Here are the phases and milestones and rough timeline as well as the teams of the project. They may overlap, we might move ahead with the next phase or if we have seperate teams they may run simutaniuly, however, this is rough;ly how we will acomplish our end goal for the Colibri product.

Phase One: Lite​

Goal: Launch an AI focued product, the aim is to catchup to exiting AI product alredy on the market. We will develop core AI functionality and gather user feedback. This phase focuses on setting up API integration with BackBone AI and Linnet integration with BackBone AI in order to deliver AI features that power form the essentials and foundation of Linnet and the future of the Colibri ecosystem.

Phase 2: Ecosystem Lite​

Goal: Lite is treated as a single product, one team, one goal. In Ecosystem Lite, our goal is to seperate our goals and teams by product, each wit thier own versining, releases and most important lay the fowdations for a truly dynamic and scalable ecosystem. Ecosystem Lite will also intraduce Pre-Built Flows allowing Colibri to target pesifict industries and sell subscriptions.

Build an endpoint library, allow devs to publish APIs and get paid for usage, this offers more points for step #2 as well as prepares endpoints for step #6

  1. Create a bridging model/service, kind of like Zapier but AI is making the connections for the user.

    1. Functions, allow devs to upload custome fuctions, we host it and they can use it or make it avalible for anyone to use.

  • Flow Allow devs to publish flows, these are end to end user experiences using the endpoint and UI libraries.

    1. UI Kits, now that the AI has access to lots of endpoint and functions, allow devs to upload UI Kits, this will allow the AI to match the perfect User experiance to the actions it will perform through the APIs and functions.

Apps, this allows developers to upload a complted app, meaning it had grouped endpoint, Kits and created flows, this helps the AI train but still give Colibri flexability to customize per user. When uploading an app the dev can also choose to keep the endpoints and UI Kit exclusive to the app experiance or to make it generaly avalible. the dev can also use endpoints and kits alredy on Colibri.

Phase 3: Colibri Unleashed​

Goal: Achieve the full vision of Colibri as a comprehensive and interconnected ecosystem. This phase focuses on delivering advanced features and establishing Colibri as a leading SaaS platform in its domains.

  • Advanced AI-driven Features: Enhance Linnet with more sophisticated AI capabilities, such as personalization, predictive recommendations, and proactive assistance.
  • Full E-commerce Integration: Enable seamless buying and selling of goods and services within the platform.
  • Developer Platform and API Access: Open up the platform to third-party developers to create new applications and integrations.
  • Complete Cross-Platform and Multi-Device Support: Ensure a consistent and optimized experience across all major platforms and devices.
